We offer custom WhatsApp chatbot development, integration with third-party platforms, WhatsApp Business API setup assistance, and optional monthly support services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with WhatsApp policies, and use the chatbot responsibly without engaging in spam or illegal activities.

3. Payment Terms

Services require a one-time setup fee and Monthly support plans. All payments are non-refundable once work has started and must be settled within 7 days of invoicing.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines depend on project complexity and API approval processes. Delays from client-side may extend the timeline.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Clients are licensed to use the chatbot for their business. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio. Third-party APIs are subject to their own terms.

6. Support & Maintenance

Monthly support includes updates and troubleshooting, urgent changes may incur additional costs.

7. Termination

We may suspend services for unpaid invoices, policy violations, or misuse. Clients can cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for completed work.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for third-party disruptions, data loss, or revenue loss. WhatsApp API approval delays are out of our control.

9. Privacy

We comply with data protection laws like POPIA and GDPR. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Shwi, and legal disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued service use means you accept the changes.
